The role
BNY Wealth needs a seasoned individual contributor to write and run content programs that carry its Chief Investment Office's views on market events and investable ideas. You'll work across formats for advisors, investors and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Write and edit thought leadership, market commentary, short-form video and social content
- Shape content that reflects the Chief Investment Office's voice on timely market themes
- Work with investment stakeholders to keep messaging accurate and on schedule
- Package content with Marketing for multiple distribution channels
- Use performance data to refine formats and plan future content
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Experience writing investment content for sophisticated financial audiences
- Background in financial journalism, content development or communications in financial services
- Strong grasp of financial markets, macro themes and asset classes, including private markets
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across businesses and regions
- Comfort working through Legal, Compliance and Risk review in a regulated setting
Nice to have
- Experience supporting wealth, brokerage, asset management or advisory businesses
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance or Economics
- MBA or marketing qualification such as CIM or AMA
