The role
You'll own strategy and daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with YouTube long-form and Shorts as the priority. You'll also lead a production coordinator and cover select pickleball events.
What you'll do
- Build a distinct strategy for each channel and report on performance weekly
- Shoot, write and edit short-form video and long-form YouTube content
- Publish daily and run live publishing during key events
- Travel to select events to capture content and build community ties
- Manage a production coordinator and review their video edits

Must-haves
- 3-5 years in social media, ideally sports, live events or entertainment
- Portfolio of content made for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Strong phone-first shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
- Track record growing a YouTube channel, including analytics and packaging
- Experience managing others; willing to travel, including weekends
