You'll write and maintain internal and customer-facing technical documentation for a global project with distributed teams. The role also shapes workflows, structured authoring and AI-driven efficiency measures.
What you'll do
- Write and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation with developers and product teams
- Define and improve documentation workflows built on Agile, Git and Markdown
- Develop new documentation and information concepts based on standards and style guides
- Assess user needs, interpret design specs and user stories, and work from product prototypes
- Support AI-driven efficiency measures with editorial teams at other locations
