The role
You'll own day-to-day social and content production for a workwear and apparel maker: planning, shooting, editing, publishing and reporting. It's a hands-on in-house role working with sales, marketing and product teams.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a content calendar tied to launches, promotions and events
- Shoot and edit photos, short-form video, graphics and captions for social
- Manage daily publishing, comments and DMs, routing customer issues onward
- Coordinate shoots and run the Trailblazer program with influencers and partners
- Report on content performance and use it to improve future work

- Proficiency in photography, video capture and editing
- Strong writing and attention to brand voice
- Comfort working both behind and in front of the camera
