The role
You'll plan, shoot, edit and present video for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, helping solar installers understand products. You'll shape the brand's video style and use AI tools in your workflow.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot and edit video for social media, marketing and internal comms
- Develop creative video formats for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
- Present on camera in product intros, tutorials and event content
- Use AI tools to speed up and improve video production
- Analyse performance data and help shape the video and content strategy

Must-haves
- Video production experience, from idea through shoot to final cut
- Confident on macOS, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop
- Storytelling sense for content that works on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
- Understanding of B2B communication and technical topics
- German C1 and English B2
Nice to have
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve experience
- Experience with photovoltaics or the energy transition
- Hands-on practice with AI tools for video
