The role
Snow Slumber needs an in-house creator to ideate, film and edit short-form video for TikTok and Reels, and to work with outside creators. You'll work directly with the founders and use performance data to make content that sells.
What you'll do
- Film unboxings, comfort tests, bedroom makeovers, sleep tips and founder content
- Appear on camera as the face, hands or voice of the brand
- Edit in CapCut and design simple graphics in Canva
- Plan shoots, storyboard videos and own the content calendar
- Brief KOLs, influencers and UGC creators and manage product seeding

- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
- Confident with CapCut, Canva, TikTok and Instagram
- Enjoy filming and editing, not just planning
- Link to your TikTok, Instagram or videos you've made
- Able to work independently, move fast and retry when something flops
Nice to have
- Content or social experience at a consumer, home or e-commerce brand
- TikTok Shop, livestreaming, Meta Ads or influencer marketing experience
- Own content account or videos with strong organic reach
