The role
Nex needs a credible trainer to build beat-mapped BoxFlow boxing workouts, write and record the voiceover, and appear on camera. The contract runs through 2026 and is meant to convert to full-time.
What you'll do
- Choreograph BoxFlow boxing workouts to music for beginner and intermediate players
- Write and record voiceover scripts that cue combos and coach form
- Appear on camera as needed
- Design and lead fitness challenges and programs across BoxFlow and NexGym
- Engage the fitness community and bring feedback to designers and engineers
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Group fitness teaching experience
- Fitness certification such as NASM, ACE or ACSM
- Solid boxing fundamentals and a feel for fun, safe combos
- Strong sense of rhythm to place punches to a song
- Clear script writing and confident delivery on mic and camera
Nice to have
- Boxing or kickboxing coaching experience
- Experience creating fitness content for apps, streaming or social
- An existing fitness community or social presence
