The role
You'll take social content from idea to final cut, shooting, directing talent and editing for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The role also covers footage management and looking after the in-house studio and kit.
What you'll do
- Shoot and direct social content, from quick social pieces to larger client shoots
- Edit in Premiere Pro, with After Effects for motion graphics and animation
- Contribute ideas to client briefs and experiment with new formats and AI tools
- Ingest, organise and back up footage and project files after shoots
- Keep the in-house studio and camera, lighting and audio kit production-ready

- Strong portfolio of social-first content
- Highly proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Confident with professional cameras, lighting and sound
- Colour correction and grading skills
- Comfortable directing talent and creators
Nice to have
- DaVinci Resolve and dedicated grading workflow experience
- Background in a creative agency, production company or content studio
- Interest in AI and emerging creative tools
