The role
You'll edit short-form videos in DaVinci Resolve for a range of client brands, with a focus on strong hooks and tight pacing. It's a permanent, in-office role at an agency's new Antwerp office.
What you'll do
- Edit Reels, TikToks and Shorts for clients in DaVinci Resolve
- Build strong hooks, tight pacing, subtitles, sound design and color grade
- Turn briefings and raw footage into content that works on social
- Use AI tools to optimise edits
- Apply client and team feedback quickly and accurately

Must-haves
- Proven video editing experience, backed by a portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Viral-first instinct for short-form content on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Open to new tools and techniques, and comfortable working in a team

- Speaks French
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude
