The role
You'll run the brand's Instagram end to end, with Reels as the main focus. The work is 10–20 hours a week, remote, with live camp content to capture if you're near NYC.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a structured Instagram content calendar
- Shoot and edit Reels that capture the energy and learning at STEM camps
- Write captions that connect the brand's values to what parents care about
- Design simple, on-brand graphics and carousels when needed
- Track weekly engagement, saves, shares and DMs, then adjust the strategy

- Proven record growing brand Instagram accounts
- Portfolio of short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok), design and copy
- Warm, empathetic storytelling style
- Self-starter who takes feedback well and treats data as a guide
- Instagram handles or links to Reels you shot and edited, plus key metrics
Nice to have
- Experience in parenting, education, pediatric or family-focused spaces
- Based in the NYC area to visit campsites for live content
