The role
Cooper's Plumbing & Air needs an in-house creator to film, edit and publish short-form video from service calls, installs and team events. You'll work with the Marketing Manager and technicians to build the region's most recognized home service brand.
What you'll do
- Film, edit and produce a high volume of short-form videos each week
- Capture service calls, installations and team culture on job sites
- Research trends and develop original concepts and formats
- Schedule and publish across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and more
- Photograph projects, company events and community involvement

- Storytelling skills and awareness of social media trends
- Comfortable filming on job sites and in active environments
