The role
Work Develops PSA is hiring an in-house creator to script, present and publish short and long video for a prop trading firm. You'll have real say over the content strategy and work with editors, designers and subject experts.
What you'll do
- Create content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
- Appear on camera and run interviews
- Script videos, shorts, reels and educational pieces
- Track social trends and build them into the content strategy
- Plan publishing schedules and use AI tools for research and ideas
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Working knowledge of Claude AI and AI tools for automating social workflows
- Run TikTok, YouTube and Instagram profiles, about 3 years
- Scheduling tools such as Publer or Hootsuite
- Copywriting skills
- English at B2 or higher
Nice to have
- Analytics and email tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Meta Ads and design tools like Canva or Photoshop
- Knowledge of or interest in trading and investing
