The role
Kain Media wants one person to run a luxury Vail Valley homebuilder's social accounts and capture fresh photo and video on site once or twice a month. Separate management-only or capture-only proposals are also considered.
What you'll do
- Plan ideas and manage the content calendar
- Turn existing photos and footage into Reels, carousels and Stories
- Write specific, human captions with local Vail Valley context
- Publish to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Shoot photo and video on site once or twice a month

- Strong visual judgment and confident writing
- Work samples showing what you personally handled
- Ability to visit Vail Valley projects if offering capture
- Reliable, independent delivery of finished content
- Quote your own monthly fee, deliverables and travel costs
