The role
You'll edit short-form UGC, athlete and product footage into paid social ads for Meta and other platforms. You'll work with the paid media and creative team on hooks, pacing and iteration.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form UGC, talking heads and product footage for Meta and other ad platforms
- Develop new hooks, openings, pacing variations, CTAs and alternate cuts
- Build complete ads from raw footage, shaping the hook, narrative and close
- Create motion graphics, typography, overlays, masking and compositing
- Handle revisions, exports, versioning, file organization and final handoff

Must-haves
- Confidence in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
- Experience with motion graphics
- Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, retention and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple edits, versions and deadlines
- Portfolio link or folder of edits, accessible without permission
Nice to have
- After Effects, Fusion and Photoshop
- Paid social, e-commerce or AI-assisted workflow experience
- Interest in fitness, nutrition and wellness
