The role
You'll shoot and edit video for the Mayor's Office of Communications, reporting to the Digital Director. Your work feeds digital channels, press materials and the archive.
What you'll do
- Film and edit video for social media, the website and internal use
- Develop concepts and storyboards with the Digital Director and comms team
- Capture planned and candid footage at events, press conferences and community engagements
- Adapt content for horizontal, vertical, short-form and long-form formats
- Maintain video equipment and archive footage for easy reuse

Must-haves
- Advanced knowledge of film equipment and camera operation
- Editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Able to attend events across the city, sometimes outside business hours
- Cover letter and resume with your application
- Must live in Philadelphia within six months of hire
