The role
You'll own product videos end to end for a small team selling Confluence Cloud apps, and present them on camera in English. The role brings video production in-house and grows the YouTube channel.
What you'll do
- Own each video from idea and script through filming, editing and release
- Present on camera in English as the recognizable face of the channels
- Build animations and reusable motion templates in the brand style
- Grow the YouTube channel through formats, titles, retention and ad creative
- Reuse each production across listings, website, sales material and events

Must-haves
- Portfolio of product videos, sent with your application
- Confident on-camera presenting in English (C1–C2)
- Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, plus screen capture and audio basics
- YouTube channel management, format design and analytics
- Comfortable reading data such as PostHog and feeding it into the next video

- Atlassian Marketplace or developer-tools experience
- Your own YouTube track record
