The role
You'll follow a founder as he builds his business and trains for a boxing fight, shooting footage for a larger documentary. You'll also shoot and edit regular short-form social content.
What you'll do
- Follow the founder's day-to-day and capture moments that move the story forward
- Film meetings, events, boxing training, interviews and behind-the-scenes moments
- Work with the documentary director to spot story opportunities
- Shoot and edit regular short-form content for social media
- Support shoot planning, footage organization, editing and delivery

- Experience filming and editing documentary, unscripted or character-driven work
- Portfolio showing strong visual storytelling and a cinematic style
- Confidence shooting fast-moving moments that can't be staged or repeated
- Strong camera operation, lighting, audio capture and editing skills
- Willingness to travel when the production requires it
