The role
You'll edit high-end video ads for Meta and TikTok and gradually take over planning and running shoots with external cast and crew. The work is aimed at B2B, leadgen and SaaS clients with five- to six-figure budgets.
What you'll do
- Edit video ads for Meta and TikTok, including sound design and color correction
- Build ads for leadgen and SaaS clients where storytelling and psychology count
- Plan and run shoots, from equipment and location to schedule
- Work with external cast and crew and keep calm when problems come up on set
- Keep project files clean and creative processes current in Asana
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Professional command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro
- Experience supporting social shoots with external cast and crew, ideally 5+ people
- Feel for platform trends, hooks and pacing, including 9:16 vs 4:5 formats
- Class B driving licence to reach shoot locations on your own
- German at C1 level or native
Nice to have
- Managed a full social shoot from production to post
- Color grading, motion design, camera rental or talent management experience
- Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator for occasional static ads
