The role
You'll edit short-form video for an agency's clients and help coordinate their content projects. Over time you'll take on more responsibility and run projects on your own.
What you'll do
- Edit Reels, TikToks and short-form videos for different client brands
- Sort and prepare raw footage after shoots, and add subtitles, music and simple animations
- Work client feedback and corrections into videos quickly
- Plan and coordinate client projects, deadlines and shoot logistics
- Support client communication and organise scripts, files and approvals
What they're looking for
- Experience editing short-form video, with a feel for hooks, pacing and storytelling
- Confident in CapCut, Premiere Pro or a similar editor, plus Canva
- Very good German, spoken and written, as you'll check copy and talk to clients
- Structured enough to juggle several projects and deadlines under time pressure
- Links, a portfolio or a short intro video with your application
