The role
Athletic Club Boise needs a social media lead to set strategy and run live coverage of home and away matches across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and Facebook. You'll also lead a small content team and tie social to ticket sales and sponsors.

- Lead live social coverage of home and away matches
- Build recurring content series around players, supporters and community
- Create sponsor-integrated content with the partnerships team
- Track performance, run paid social and mentor content contributors
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years leading social strategy for a consumer, sports or entertainment brand
- Experience running real-time coverage of live events or sports
- Proven growth of brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and Facebook
- Experience with analytics tools, publishing platforms and AI tools
- Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, holidays and travel
Nice to have
- Professional soccer or sports experience, including USL and MLS familiarity
- Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing know-how
- Experience launching social for a new brand or expansion team
