The role
You'll support the Social Media Manager on a charity's content calendar, shooting and editing short-form video and photo across the GTA. You'll also track performance and adapt trends into on-brand content.
What you'll do
- Monitor social trends daily and turn them into rapid-turnaround content concepts
- Film, photograph and edit reels, TikToks, carousels and short-form video
- Cover events and community engagements across the GTA and other regions
- Build weekly analytics dashboards and support monthly reporting in Hootsuite
- Keep an organized library of photo and video assets

- Portfolio of recent social media and graphic design work; no portfolio, no review
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Advanced Hootsuite and data skills
- Strong written copy for captions, comments and storytelling posts
- Available for evenings or weekends at events, with comfort shooting outdoors
