The role
Golf Ranch needs an on-site shooter in Glendale to film lessons, events and the night range, then edit short-form video for social and ads. You'll report to the Video Lead and work with the Social Media & Content Manager.
What you'll do
- Film lessons, the 9-hole course, events and the night range
- Direct instructors, staff and creators on camera for natural takes
- Edit five short-form videos a week in Premiere Pro for social and ads
- Adjust edits using short-form performance data to improve hook rates
- Build and maintain a searchable B-roll library for the whole business

- Portfolio or reel of short-form video you shot and edited
- Solid Premiere Pro skills, including audio cleanup and color correction
- Strong camera, lighting and audio fundamentals, including lav and shotgun mics
- Comfortable directing non-professionals on camera
- Able to commute daily to Glendale / Phoenix, AZ
Nice to have
- After Effects
- Drone experience, ideally with FAA Part 107 certification
- Genuine interest in golf and curiosity about AI editing tools
