The role
You'll run video from concept to delivery, covering quick-turn social, performance ads, CTV spots and product display videos. You'll work with the Creative, Social, Performance Marketing and E-commerce teams.
What you'll do
- Produce vertical and horizontal video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and YouTube
- Plan shoots, build shot lists and direct on-camera talent, creators and trainers
- Develop ad variations with Performance Marketing for creative testing
- Edit footage or manage editors, freelancers and vendors through post-production
- Build repeatable workflows and keep an organized video library

- Strong portfolio showing concept development, shooting, editing and storytelling
- Experience producing video for social, digital marketing or consumer brands
- Proficiency with professional video editing software and production workflows
- Know vertical and horizontal format and platform requirements
- Deliver quality work on short timelines across multiple projects
Nice to have
- Paid social, DTC, CPG or pet brand video experience
- CTV or product display video experience
- Experience working with animals on set
