The role
You'll pitch, edit and post reactionary sports content and run Instagram Stories for a women-first sports brand. It's about 15 hours a week, including some nights and weekends.
What you'll do
- Pitch, create and post reactive static and video content on trending sports stories
- Cover predetermined games and major sports moments live, including nights and weekends
- Build and manage the Instagram Stories calendar, mixing reactive and interactive series
- Help develop serialized sports content and turn around quick video edits
- Engage with comments and track fan sentiment to guide content decisions

- Deep sports knowledge and daily fandom, the number one requirement
- 3+ years creating social content for yourself or a sports or entertainment brand
- Working knowledge of Canva and a video editor like Premiere, CapCut or InShot
- A strong POV that drives cultural conversation around sports
- Resume, social links or portfolio, and sports content examples
Nice to have
- Motion graphics or After Effects experience
- Familiarity with social analytics and performance-driven iteration
