The role
You'll turn raw footage into polished stories for a Bible-teaching nonprofit, working with the Executive Operations Director. The role also covers camera work, live show crew positions and studio upkeep.
What you'll do
- Review raw footage and select the best clips for storytelling
- Cut rough and final versions with sound design, graphics, titles and color grading
- Revise cuts based on feedback from the video director
- Operate cameras and crew live show recordings (switcher, sound, graphics)
- Maintain studio lighting and gear and help with set flips

Must-haves
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, continuity and visual pacing
- Understanding of sound mixing and color grading
- Ability to hit tight deadlines with close attention to detail
- Passion for advancing the Gospel and alignment with the mission
Nice to have
- VFX or After Effects experience
- Short-form social content experience (Instagram, TikTok)
- Portfolio showing a variety of editing styles
