The role
You'll shoot smartphone video on location for aesthetic medicine and beauty clients, working from briefings and shot lists, mostly without the agency lead on set. Content is made for Instagram, TikTok and Meta Ads.
What you'll do
- Shoot Reels, short interviews, behind-the-scenes and treatment footage on your phone
- Work independently on set from a briefing and shot list
- Hand over named, sorted raw footage the same or next day
- Keep your task cards in Notion updated with status, links and deadlines
- Represent the agency to doctors and practice teams
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Confident smartphone filming with an eye for light, sound and framing
- Know what makes social content work in the first two seconds
- Your own current smartphone with a good camera
- Based in Hamburg or nearby, with a friendly, confident manner
- Care with medical content: no identifiable patients without consent, no before-and-afters

- Editing in CapCut or similar
- Driver's licence
