The role
You'll run social-first content for a national Paralympic body, from concept and filming to editing and real-time publishing. You'll work directly with athletes and own the content calendar.
What you'll do
- Produce short-form video, photos, graphics and copy tailored to each platform
- Capture and publish live social coverage at key events and competitions
- Work with athletes and teams to find content across campaigns and fan engagement
- Own the content calendar, scheduling, publishing and community management
- Track social performance and trends to refine what you make
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 2-3 years full-time in a similar role, ideally sport, media or entertainment
- Strong short-form video production and editing skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or mobile-first editing tools
- Ability to use social analytics to guide content decisions
- Confidence working directly with athletes and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience on sporting or major events
- Sports Marketing, PR or Communications degree
- Lived experience as a Paralympian, with disability or in Para sport
