The role
You'll originate, shoot, edit and publish daily social content from inside a London creative studio, working with the Creative Director. It's a 6-month fixed-term contract based onsite at the studio.
What you'll do
- Pitch and originate social-first ideas from the studio's projects and people
- Take ideas from concept to publication: style, film, photograph, edit, write
- Publish daily on Instagram and TikTok, adapting the best for YouTube and LinkedIn
- Manage the content calendar and build recurring formats and series
- Use analytics to test and improve watch time, shares and saves

Must-haves
- Portfolio of social content you conceived, filmed or photographed, and edited
- Track record of high-performing organic content with reach figures
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Reels formats and trends
- Filmmaking and photography on phones and cameras, with lighting and sound
- Fast editing, strong copywriting and storytelling
Nice to have
- Food styling or recipe development experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud, motion graphics or graphic design
- Creator and influencer relationship experience
