The role
You'll produce Reels, short-form video, social ads and photo content for several client brands, handling concept, shoot and edit yourself. The work is on site at an agency with a full studio, cameras and drones.
What you'll do
- Produce Reels, short-form video, social ads and campaign content
- Develop ideas and plan shoots, then carry them out independently
- Handle editing, retouching, sound, color correction and simple animation
- Prepare content in the right formats for each platform
- Work with creative direction, design, strategy and project management

- Portfolio of photo, video and social media work
- Experience producing photo and video content independently
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Confident with lighting, sound and simple production setups
- Fluent German, spoken and written

- Experience with Adobe Audition, Blender or similar tools
