The role
Source.ai needs an on-site videographer to produce video and photo for Employer Branding and Internal Communications. You'll run shoots end to end, from storyboard to final cut.
What you'll do
- Lead video and photo production for employer branding and internal comms
- Run sets: operate pro cameras, set up lighting, capture clean audio
- Plan shoots with shot lists, location scouting, sound design and grading
- Film team events, interviews and company milestones
- Manage in-house gear, studio setups and media archives

Must-haves
- Portfolio of polished landscape videos and short-form vertical content
- Command of cinema/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting and sound gear
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects
- Ability to develop concepts, shot lists and scripts from scratch
- Strong Lithuanian and English communication

- Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools
