The role
You'll run content planning and social for a major ski resort, setting direction for photo, video and written work across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You'll also manage a coordinator and a photo and video specialist.

- Build the content strategy, editorial plans and publishing calendar
- Write creative briefs that set audience, story, purpose and use
- Lead social strategy and publishing on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
- Manage and mentor the content coordinator and the photo and video specialist
- Track performance against engagement, web traffic and purchases

- 4+ years in content strategy, production or editorial publishing
- Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling with a consistent brand voice
- Experience directing photo and video production across channels
- Experience using performance data to improve content results
- Able to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions and lift up to 35 lbs

- Experience managing creative staff and contracted production resources
- Experience managing a content library and usage permissions
- Background in tourism, hospitality or outdoor recreation
