The role
You'll edit TikTok, Reels and Shorts content at volume, working with the creative lead on a shared editing style. The role also covers photo editing, creative documentation, on-set help and scheduling.
What you'll do
- Cut vertical short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts with same-session turnaround
- Produce alternate hooks, openings and pacing variants for A/B testing
- Edit and capture product and lifestyle photos using established looks
- Document lighting, camera, edit and audio setups as reusable templates
- Assist on shoots and keep the creative calendar updated

- Strong instincts for vertical hooks, pacing, captions and sound design
- Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve fluency
- Lightroom or Photoshop for photo work
- Comfort with cameras, audio interfaces and lighting rigs
