The role
You'll join the municipal social media team as an intern, creating content, building formats and analysing what works. You'll work on city themes and help residents, with your own input welcome.
What you'll do
- Come up with and make creative content for the city's social channels
- Develop content formats
- Monitor and analyse the socials to see what works and what could improve
- Keep up interaction with followers on the channels
- Research new opportunities for channels and hold advisory conversations
What they're looking for
- Enrolled in a vocational or higher education course in media, communication, marketing, journalism or design
- Looking for a hands-on internship of 32-36 hours a week from February 2027
- Some experience making videos and/or managing a social media channel
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and current social trends
- Excellent writing skills and accurate work
