The role
You'll join the Elle Germany video team at BurdaVerlag, covering camera and editing from first idea to final cut. You'll also help shape new YouTube and social formats alongside the editorial teams.
What you'll do
- Develop concepts, storyboards and shot lists for YouTube formats and native campaigns
- Plan and run fashion, lifestyle and beauty shoots, from camera work to post-production
- Support production and editing of junkets and interviews with stars
- Edit, colour-grade and sound-design videos, including music licensing
- Create Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts and track trends in fashion and beauty
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Strong camera work and editing, with a focus on editorial or media settings
- Confident with Adobe Premiere Pro, colour correction and sound design
- Skilled with lighting and audio, able to run smaller productions solo
- Fluent German and good English
- Willing to travel for shoots, events and junkets; portfolio with application
