The role
PetLab Co. needs an editor to produce high volumes of AI-powered paid social ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You'll write scripts and hooks, test new AI tools and optimize ads against ROAS and CPA.
What you'll do
- Edit raw footage and briefs into conversion-focused ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Write direct-response scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs for each platform
- Generate AI avatars, B-roll and voiceovers with tools like Veo, Kling and Runway
- Build ad variations and optimize them using CTR, ROAS and CPA data
- Export every ad in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 with organized files
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Paid social ad editing for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Portfolio of AI-generated ads, with tools and your role described
- Experience producing hundreds of ads with measurable results (ROAS, CPA)
- Premiere Pro and/or CapCut expertise
- Strong written and spoken English for collaborating with a global team
Nice to have
- After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or motion graphics knowledge
- Experience with pet, health or wellness brands
