The role
You'll own social strategy, content and analytics for a medical school's flagship accounts, turning faculty research into video-first posts. The work includes community management and real-time response to trending topics.
What you'll do
- Create and run a social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more
- Shoot and edit video and design branded graphics for social
- Monitor feeds and comments and handle negative feedback and reputational issues
- Build monthly dashboards and weekly reports on KPIs, including Altmetric points
- Train new account holders and set policies for the school's social platforms

Must-haves
- Portfolio or work samples with your application
- Strong interest or ability in science and medicine content
- Metrics-proven record managing social accounts
- Skilled with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and social listening tools
- Comfortable with CMS and HTML editing; attend on-campus events regularly

- Social media experience in a medical or academic setting
