The role
Ximbomba is a small Inca agency adding a creator who lives on TikTok and Reels, spots trends and will appear on camera. You'll work on client content and the agency's own communities, with work seen by thousands.
What you'll do
- Propose content ideas and trend-based concepts for Ximbomba's clients
- Film, edit and publish short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Appear on camera in Mallorcan-language content
- Research what other brands, creators and agencies are doing
- Handle basic graphic design and community management tasks

Must-haves
- Native-level Mallorcan
- Knowledge of Mallorca's culture, humour and current affairs
- Comfort and confidence in front of the camera
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills
- Portfolio of coursework or personal work, plus a meeting and possibly a short test
