The role
You'll run a law firm's social presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, from scripting and directing attorneys to editing and reporting on leads. It's a hands-on, onsite creative role.
What you'll do
- Write scripts and concepts for short-form video, attorney spotlights and client stories
- Direct attorneys and staff on camera, then shoot and edit video start to finish
- Spot trends and sounds and adapt them to a professional brand
- Pitch and manage influencer and creator partnerships from outreach to reporting
- Track reach, engagement and leads, and route social inquiries to the Intake team
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Portfolio of social and video content you've created or led
- Video editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
- Proven influencer or creator campaign experience
- Experience directing on-camera talent and managing shoots
- Experience using AI tools in content workflows

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Media
