The role
Puulse Marketing needs a full-time remote creator to produce high volumes of graphics and video for recruiting, internal marketing and social. You'll work directly with Canadian leadership on a broad mix of quick-turnaround requests.
What you'll do
- Design social posts and product ads from company themes and assets
- Edit recruiting, culture, top-performer and training videos
- Design leaderboards, recognition graphics and incentive announcements
- Cut recorded interviews into short, shareable clips
- Build job listings, candidate forms, email templates and interview kits
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- C2-level English, written and spoken
- Available 12pm to 8pm EST with a 30-minute break
- Strong graphic design and video editing for social, recruiting and training
- Ability to produce high volume without losing quality
- Organized enough to juggle several requests at once

- Recruiting or employer-brand content experience
- Motion graphics or animation basics
- Social scheduling or photography and on-camera comfort
