The role
Shake Again is hiring a semi-senior or senior creator to design, edit and produce social-first content for brands. You'll work alongside the Content, Strategy, Media and Tech teams.
What you'll do
- Build key visuals, carousels and paid media pieces that keep each brand consistent
- Produce video, motion graphics and animations for social
- Create native content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, adapting ideas across formats
- Use generative AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway and Veo to speed up production
- Collaborate with Content, Strategy, Media and Tech teams on results-driven work
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Portuguese (required)
- Proven experience as a creative, multimedia, digital or content designer/creator
- Strong design: composition, typography, color, Adobe Suite or Figma
- Real experience in animation, motion graphics and video editing
- Hands-on generative AI for images, video and assets, plus a portfolio showing range
Nice to have
- Own content or personal brand on TikTok or Instagram
- Background in content or community management, or audiovisual, 3D or photo production
- Comfort with vertical formats and performance logic
