The role
Spar & Bernstein wants an editor who thinks like a creator and runs short-form video from raw footage to published post. The goal is trust, leads and new clients, not just views.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Build hooks, pacing, captions and effects that hold audience retention
- Write titles, captions and calls to action that drive viewers to act
- Manage publishing, scheduling and content calendars
- Analyze video performance and lead generation to improve each round

- Strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video
- Expert grasp of TikTok, Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
